A studio of 28 sq.m. comfortable, self-catering, renovated and friendly. On the ground floor. Access to the atrium, accommodates 2 guests with double bed. Full bed linen, living room with a comfortable sofa, in the same room a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, kettle and all the necessary equipment.  Bathroom with shower, hair dryer, full bath linen, free wi-fi, air conditioning, TV, information services for renting cars, motos, excursions, etc. are provided free of charge only for our guests.  There is no limited parking space in our quiet neighborhood.  In the main entrance of the building existence of a ladder due to site location / downhill. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartments. Your consideration towards fellow guests, especially children, would be appreciated.  We are sorry but pets are not allowed.
