PAYMENT METHODS: Payment method in order to fix the reservation: Bank Transfer / Electronic Fund Transfer (e-banking).
Valid bank cards accepted only upon your arrival.
Banking details & payment terms reflected on Booking Confirmation Form sent to client through e-mail.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE / prepayment: Reservations are only guaranteed and secured upon receipt of 50% deposit of the total booking amount which is payable upon the reservation of the booking.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT TERMS / TAXES: Rates quoted are in € currency, inclusive VAT (ΦΠΑ in Greece), Municipal Taxes, but not Residence Tax which is 0,50€ per night / per apartment.
Price also includes all bed and bath linen & air-conditioning usage.
Prices are based on self-catering and does not include breakfast. Light meals, breakfast and refreshments are available at an extra cost as we can provide you with list of restaurants and fast foods in Argostoli in order to give directly your order.
Minimum stay is 3 consecutive nights.
LATE RESERVATIONS: Must be paid in full upon confirmation of booking.
Cancellation POLICY: The guest can cancel Free of Charge until 60 days before arrival. He will receive a fully refundable reservation fee (minus the bank charges if there are / depending on the bank policy).
In case of cancelling in less than 60 days before arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the total price / the guest’s deposit will not be refunded.
EARLY CHECK- OUT OR NO SHOW: Early check-out prior to departure date booked or no show will regrettably carry a non – refundable reservation fee for remaining or cancelled nights.
CHECK-IN POLICY: Check in: 15:00 – 24:00 / Check out: 06:00 – 11:00.
Every effort will be made to ensure that the apartment is ready in time for check-in; however, we sometimes experience minor delays during our peak period. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in this regard.
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years of age.
Persons younger than 18 are required to be checked in by an adult.
Guests are kindly requested to inform management of their arrival time and of any delays experienced during travelling.
Early arrivals: Guests who arrive before the stipulated check-in time are welcome to use our facilities in the main terrace until their apartment is ready for check-in.
Late arrivals: We kindly request that guests inform management if they are arriving after 24:00 so that suitable arrangements can be made.
Early morning departure: Guests departing on early flights/ferries/buses are requested to settle any bills, the day before their departure.
Late departure: If late departure is required, guests are welcome to use our facilities in the main terrace.
RECEPTION HOURS: Whatever you need anytime, we will have the pleasure of serving you. Our office is next to the MONTEDUCA Apartments. Just send an e-mail, or telephone, or just… knock at the neighboring door.
TRANSFERS/TRANSPORTATION: We regret that we do not provide transfers to and from airport and ports.
However, we can arrange a taxi on request, which needs to be pre-booked 7 days prior to your arrival day.
The taxi fee must be settled by you directly in cash with the taxi driver on arrival at the MONTEDUCA Apartments.
Maximum occupancy per taxi is 4 passengers.
Child car seats can be arranged on request, at no extra charge. No booking fee is charged for arranging transfers, as this is merely a service that we offer to our clients for their own convenience.
If you prefer, we can help you by providing car rental information service as well. Otherwise car hire available at the airport or through internet.
Of course you can use the shuttle (https://ktelkefalonias.gr/en/) from Kefallonia Airport or any port, to the Central Bus Station in Argostoli. Our apartments are near the Bus Station (please have a look at the Google map in the main Menu in “Contact us”).
Also on the same site of the Central Bus Station you can get information about excursions and itineraries.
PETS: We regret, no pets allowed.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: The owner of the MONTEDUCA Apartments takes no responsibility for any losses or damages to any personal belongings. Any damages to property will be charged to the guests’ final bill.
NOISES AND DISTURBANCE: This includes excessive noise levels and unruly and improper behavior. In such instances, the property owner has the right to terminate the rental period. In the event of termination, the remaining nights will not be refundable. Your consideration towards fellow guests and neighboring houses would be appreciated. Besides, they owe to you the same respect.
PARKING: There is no limited parking space in our quiet neighborhood.
MOBILITY SUITABILITY: Due to the nature of our location, we regret that this property is not suitable for persons with mobility difficulties.
SMOKING POLICY: There is a strict no-smoking policy whilst inside the apartments. Your consideration towards fellow guests, especially children, would be appreciated.
STATE OF THE APARTMENT: All efforts will always be made to ensure the apartment is available as booked. However, as owners, we reserve the right to make alterations depending on nature of circumstances (e.g. in case of unexpected and severe damage).
